United Way of the Midlands names two new vice presidents

Columbia, S.C. (July 9, 2020)United Way of the Midlands announces that Jennifer Moore has been named the organization’s Vice President of Community Impact and Don Wilkie as Vice President of Data Analytics and Technology.

Moore has been serving United Way of the Midlands for over a decade, most recently as Senior Director of Financial Stability. During her role as director, she has played an integral role in grant funding for community housing and homeless programs and the integration of five homeless client databases into a single system.

As Vice President of Community Impact, Moore will provide strategic direction for the programs and investments that support United Way of the Midlands community impact goals and vision for improving outcomes for the children, youth, individuals and families in the Midlands.

Wilkie, who oversees the information technology and data analytics team, has been with the organization for more than 7 years in various analytical roles. During his tenure, he has managed projects leading to the transformation of operational systems and organizational growth and plays a critical role in the development and implementation of UWM’s digital engagement strategy.

Wilkie has a wide range of expertise in delivering results. Over the course of his career, he has supported organizations with data integration and analytics, application development and systems implementations. At a time when the nation practices social distancing, Wilkie has helped adapt tools for the United Way of the Midlands team to be able to continue to meet the needs of the community while working remotely.
