Join YLS as we experience a private class at F45 with a social happy hour to follow. 

The F in F45 stands for 'Functional'. A mix of circuit and HIIT-style workouts that are geared toward everyday movements. 45 minutes is the total amount of time you'll spend in this resistance session with functional movement patterns.
