Realtor Relief Foundation - Mortgage & Rental Assistance

Mortgage & Rental assistance is available for those impacted by Hurricane Helene. Eligible applicants could receive up to $1,000 Scan the QR Code with your Smartphone camera and click the link to apply. towards their Mortgage or Rental payments. We have helped close to 240 Homeowners so far and we have until December 31st to help over 260 more homeowners. Visit screaltors.org/helene to learn more or apply.

Boy Scouts Eagle Projects

Local Scouts are looking for service projects, including major Eagle Scout service projects with numerous agencies.

Goodwill SCSEP Program

The Goodwill SCSEP Program (Senior Community Service Employment Program) assists Mature Adults 55+ to find suitable host agencies to complete on the job training, for 20-hours per week at no cost to the agency. The grant, provided by Goodwill, pays the participants salary. Our Participants have a variety of skill set such as Administrative, Production, Janitorial, Data Entry and Food Service to name a few.

We are looking for partner agencies! Our potential partner agencies must be non-profit or government organizations. Please review the brochure for more information and if you are interested, please contact:

SC DEW Connection Point Collaboration

Brookland Center for Community Economic Change wants to collaborate with housing agencies, food agencies, workforce development training and career placement agencies, academic tutoring agencies, academic programs.

Senior Resources + Lourie Center

On August 1, 2023, Senior Resources and the Lourie Center united under one organization.  The new structure enables Senior Resources to provide more comprehensive services for older adults and will expand programs and access to the Lourie Center to serve one of the fastest-growing segments of the Columbia area population.

We are looking for collaborators who can broaden in-person senior programming in the areas of wellness, nutrition, exercise, arts, lifelong learning, and social engagement.

WellPartners Dental and Eye Clinics

WellPartners is an organization dedicated to providing preventive and restorative dental and vision care to children and adults in the Midlands.

Brookland-Lakeview Empowerment center is looking for clothes, monetary donations for gift cards for clients, shoes, books, toys.
 

BlueCross BlueShield

BCBS is looking to donate 60 gently used binders and some metal desktop paper organizers. The binders range in size (1/2", 1", 1.5" 2" sizes) and the metal organizers are 5-6 slot paper/folder organizers. All items are used but still in good condition.
