African-American Leadership Initiative (AALI)
The African-American Leadership Initiative (AALI) encourages and recognizes African Americans who contribute $250 or more to the Community Impact Fund with an agreement to step up to the $1,000 giving level within four years of joining. AALI seeks to raise the visibility of the contributions of African Americans in the Midlands and invites more African American donors to become Leadership Givers and to invest their time and resources in fostering community change.AALI is forming a steering committee and in the process of gathering more information to give prospective members.
